David Tafuna is a former investment banker and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Wolfgramm Capital.

Prior to joining Wolfgramm Capital, David was the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder at Systems Innovation Engineering which was acquired by a billion-dollar private equity firm in 2022.

David previously worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. He has advised and executed over $40 billion on buy-side and sell-side M&A as well as public equity and debt financings.

David holds a B.S. in business management from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. While at BYU, David played as a starting safety for the school’s Division 1 football program.
