Curt Stidham has over 30 years experience in construction, renovation, and development ranging from building luxury hotel assets like the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage to luxury apartments, mixed use buildings, medical condos, several buildings at UCLA, UC Santa Barbara’s Ocean Science Education building, industrial, and large retail.

Prior to joining Wolfgramm Capital, Curt was the CEO of South Coast Construction, Inc. for 8 years before he formed his own construction firm in 2005. While holding a CEO or Partner position, Curt has completed over a billion dollars’ worth of construction projects.

Before becoming an executive, Curt also had several decades of experience as a tradesmen working in framing, concrete, cabinetry, and electrical. Curt holds multiple contractor licenses including:

1. A - General Engineering
2. B - General Contracting
3. Concrete Specialist
4. Grading and Encavation

Curt holds a B.S. from University of California Irvine.
